Garden Annexe Room 1
Garden annex Room 1 is a Twin room with ensuite wc / shower and vanity sink. Flat screen TV. Tea & Coffee making facilities.
The Garden Annexe Room 2
Garden annexe Room 2 is a Triple room, set up as a double and a single.

The Garden Annexe is a self-contained Log Cabin within the grounds of the Toll House. It consists of two rooms and an en-suite wc / shower accessed from Room 1. Room 1 also has a flat screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities.

The Annexe can accommodate up to five guests, but is also available for single occupancy or any combination of bookings up to the maximum of five persons.
​
The Annexe provides independence and privacy for our guests as it is completely separate from the main building and can be accessed from the side garden gate. You have your own keys and have the freedom to come and go as you please - there are no curfew times!

There is parking for two cars on the drive. As the room is popular with cyclists, the garage is available for overnight bicycle storage.

Discounts are available for family groups - please contact for details. On large bookings we request a 50% non-refundable deposit and a seven day cancellation period is required.
